GROUP TRAINING

Bondi Personal Training offers group training classes on Bondi Beach and in the CBD. Group training provides routine and structure to allow you to benchmark and monitor you fitness gains in an affordable way.

 

With a blend of resistance, bodyweight & cardio training, each session caters for all levels of fitness within an encouraging and goal driven environment.

 

It is never too late to start. Commit to a set number of sessions per week and be proud of the inevitable results you will see. 

 

So what are you waiting for...? Jump out of bed early and become a regular of Bondi Personal Training's soft sand fitness sessions! And if you are not an early bird, be sure to make the lunchtime or evening bootcamps a regular part of your weekly routine!

 

 

CARDIO CIRCUITS

With a mixture of soft sand sprints and functional bodyweight movements this class will have your lungs burning!  You willl see an improvement in cardiovascular fitness and shed fat in just a few sessions.

STRENGTH/CALISTHENICS

Combining calisthenics bodyweight exercises, kettlebells and medicine ball workouts to develop core strength and explosive power, build muscle and boost your metabolic rate. A great session to work on those chin ups!

EVENING BOOTCAMPS

Bodyweight excerise is all you need to keep on track towards your fitness goals. Join these 60 minute sessions in the CBD to avoid the rush hour and tick off your fitness quota for the day.

LOCATION: HYDE PARK

BOXING

This class will teach technique to ensure you are experiencing maximum bang for your buck!! Build lean muscle and improve your overall strength, agility and cardiovascular stamina with this 45 minute class.

LOCATION: CBD

 

 

 

TABATA/HIT

Rapid bursts of exercise, followed by a brief rest period, repeated. HIIT uses functional movement with weights and core strength exercises to get fast fat burning, muscle toning results.

LUNCHTIME BOOTCAMPS

Make the most of your lunch break by completing a 45 minute session of BOXING, HIT, Endurance or a Strength & cardio circuit every week in the CBD.

Bondi Personal Training believes exercise should be accessible to everyone. For that very reason, we offer $10 drop in bootcamps in Sydney CBD.  Whether you want to bring a friend along, a work colleague or family member or you simply want to meet new people, come along to these great 60 MINUTE sessions. Avoid the rush hour home and tick off your fitness quota for the day.

Please note that group training sessions (excluding CBD bootcamps) have a participant limit to ensure our clients receive the most benefit out of their session. So book early!

 

Cancellations

If you book a class and can’t make it, please change or cancel your booking via the link in your confirmation email,

or call/text Rich on 0416 747 256.

If you are absent or cancel within two hours of the class start time you will be charged a cancellation fee for the class, as it often means another client is unable to attend.
